The location might be C-2 although it might not. Wherever I am sure it is safe because I see the front of a VTR behind the soldiers. 
Standing tall on the left is PLATOON SGT Hugh Gragg. The rest of the rather relaxed formation include in the rear ranks Sgt. Bill Trant, Sgt Terry (Okie) Garrett, Sgt. Craig Donaldson and Randy Jones.
Neil Knutson is being inspected by LT House with Bill Winkleman next in line. Joe Farmer and Sgt Delo are seen in the ranks to the right rear.
